Project Summary:
The WBRP’s West Bloomington Neighborhood Plan talks about increasing safety on the West Side by bringing in a neighborhood watch and other safety procedures. Additionally, they talk about revitalizing houses on the West Side and increasing home-ownership, which can be addressed through the cop on the block program.
My specific role in this project will be to come up with a proposal to present to the police department on how the cop on the block project will work in Bloomington, and assesses the feasibility of the project in the area.
