To completely dissect the Clean Water Act, Total Maximum Daily Load, and Quality Assurance Project Plans. In order to dissect and define these I must read them and build a foundation in which even lament individuals can comprehend their meaning as well as utilize them in their own environment.
A note from Robert:
I’ve divided the binder into three sections, respectively, in hopes to better educate those interested in the policies, procedures, and history behind the CWA, TMDL, and QAPP. These documents hold incredible value in ensuring the pristine waters of the United States of America in addition to setting regulations with hopes of improving impaired or threatened bodies of water.
