How were you engaged with ARC? Not just the seminar/internship/fellowship but describe the type of project.

I was an intern and Weir Fellow, working in the WBRP office and co-chair of the housing committee. I helped organize a housing summit.

Where are you now?

I work as a project manager for Full Circle Communities, a non-profit developer, owner, and manager of affordable and supportive housing in Chicago.

Where did ARC take you professionally? Are you doing work that connects back to ARC in some way?

Working on the West Bloomington neighborhood plan and subsequently with the WBRP directly influenced my decision to pursue a graduate degree in Urban Planning and Policy from UIC. Throughout my program, I honed my interest in housing, leading to my current position. I work directly with groups just like WBRP, local governments, and community stakeholders to develop and preserve sorely needed affordable housing.
