Executive Summary: At State Farm, I worked in MCIU (Multi-Claim Investigation unit) Analytics. I spent the vast majority of my time researching and analyzing claims with stop pay checks that get overpaid because of fraudulent activity. At Western Avenue, I updated job descriptions for future postings, as WACC does not have a dedicated HR staff person. I also worked as a camp counselor for the summer program.
