Amanda, a costuming business owner, uses the foundational
skills she learned in the IWU costume shop to sew and donate washable face masks to hospitals and others in need. She says, “The passion I discovered while building costumes for SOTA’s theatre production inspires every piece that I make. I like to think that there is a little piece of IWU in each of the masks that I deliver to my local hospitals.”

Amanda has made over 100 masks thus far.
