Shannon O’Rourke, who was selected as a Rotary Peace Fellow to study at the Rotary Peace Center at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, also received the special distinction of being selected to receive the Naohiro Tsuchiya Endowed World Peace Scholarship.
