Chris Holland (04) published an article titled “A Defense Counsel’s Guide to Preserving Evidence” in the DCBA Brief, the Journal of the DuPage County Bar Association. Volume 28, Issue 2 October 2015. The article reviews the importance and consequences of a criminal defense attorney requesting that the trial judge enter an order preserving the evidence in a case so that the defense may have a chance to examine it.
