Nathaniel Murphy ’13

Nathaniel P. Murphy ’13 has been awarded a National Research Service Award of $200,000 over five years from the National Institutes of Health, to support his research project, “Defining Novel Mechanisms Underlying Human Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy.” Murphy is completing a Medical Scientist Training Program (MD/PhD) at The Ohio State University. Murphy did undergraduate research in chemistry with professors Ram Mohan and James House while a student at IWU.
