Tracy Lytwyn ’12 Takes Job with American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network

Fellow Class of 2012 member and newsletter editor Tracy Lytwyn has taken a job with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. She serves as the Senior Specialist of Division Media Advocacy-Lakeshore. In this role, Tracy develops and implements media strategies that aim to advance cancer-related legislation and policy initiatives in the states of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. According to their website, the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network strives “to make cancer issues a national priority.” You can find more information on their website.

Caitlin Eskew ’12 Accepts Teaching Position

Fellow class of 2012 member, Caitlin Eskew, has accepted a position at Ludlow Grade School in Ludlow, IL to teach fifth and sixth grades. As shown in the official article, the applicant pool for these positions was highly competitive with 90 individuals applying for just one of the open teaching positions.

Director of Alumni Relations Retires

Ann Harding has retired as Director of Alumni Relations at Illinois Wesleyan after more than two decades of service to the university. Beginning her career with IWU at the Career Center in 1988, Ann moved into leadership with Alumni Relations in 2006. She is credited with assisting in the creation of affinity groups to help alumni stay involved with IWU. Ann is also thanked for her assistance with making Homecoming family friendly to include events for alumni and their families as well as current students. For more information, click here.
