Brian Baxter cofounded the Chicago Composers Orchestra in 2010 with Randall West. The orchestra dedicates itself to the performance and advocacy of orchestral music by today’s composers. On October 12 the orchestra featured a composition by David Vayo, Fern Rosetta Sherff Professor of Composition and Theory at Illinois Wesleyan University.

Taylar (Kuzniar) Klouda joins the trend of Found Object Costuming, creating green-friendly designs from common household items. Taylar teaches painting and design at College of Lake County in Waukegan, IL.
Kate Tombaugh’s, “It Just Takes One,” a one-woman musical comedy she wrote and stars in, was performed Oct. 18-19-20 at the Prairie Fire Theatre at First Christian Church Fellowship Hall, 401 W. Jefferson St., Bloomington, IL.
Ingrid fell in love with Wicker Park Choral Singers when she first performed with the group in 2009. A lifelong chorister, Ingrid passionately advocates music’s ability to transform lives, and strongly supports WPCS’s mission to share choral music with audiences across Chicago and beyond. She is thrilled to now serve WPCS as a board member.
Ingrid has held positions in development and marketing with the Washington National Opera, Elgin Symphony Orchestra, and Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, and is also a proud member of the St. Charles Singers.
