I entered one of my films (my wife and I make films and often submit them to festivals for consideration). They chose our film as a finalist and flew my wife out to Park City, UT, where my film was screened at the Sundance Channel headquarters. We are now in a nationwide competition to win the most votes to be chosen top prize.
So far, we’ve appeared on Good Morning America as one of the hot pop trends this week http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svpKGi5KSnI&feature=youtu.be

Dear Friends and Family,
I wanted to make you aware of a couple recital dates in the central Illinois area this month! I will be singing with my mother, Kathy Tombaugh, at the piano–we have a really varied and neat hour-long recital planned. It should be a musical treat!
Dates are:
Tuesday, March 19th at 7:00 PM at Evelyn Chapel in Bloomington, IL on IWU’s Campus: 1301 N Park Street; Bloomington
~and~
Thursday, March 21st at 7:00 PM at Park Presbyterian Church in Streator, IL: 201 N. Vermillion Street; Streator
The concert is free and open to the public; there will be a free-will offering for anyone wishing to donate towards my upcoming audition tour in Germany and Austria in April 2013 and help cover recital costs. Musical selections will range from opera, to musical theatre, art song, and gospel!
