Kathryn Totz ’07 recently started a position as a UX Researcher at Baymard Institute. Based in Copenhagen, Baymard is a leading independent web usability research institute conducting original large-scale research studies on all aspects of the e-commerce user experience. Prior to joining Baymard, she worked at Verint Foresee, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as a Senior Usability Analyst, after earning her Master of Science in Information degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan in 2010. She lives in and works from Miami, Florida.
