Keelia Rhoads ’05

Keelia Rhoads received her Ph.D. in toxicology at Wisconsin-Madison,

and an M.S. in genetic counseling at the University of Colorado at Denver.

She is now a cancer genetic counselor in the Hereditary Cancer Clinic at Duke.

According to LinkedIn, she has worked at the cancer center since Dec. 2012, where she:
-counsels people on their personal and family history of cancer and
coordinate genetic testing for potential hereditary cancer syndromes.
-reviews medical management and screening recommendations for
individuals testing positive for a hereditary cancer syndrome and
refer patients to specialists, when appropriate.
