Munib S. Abdulrehman ’02

Munib Abdulrehman was part of a group of community experts who discussed their experience in third world healthcare and immunization with IWU students. These students then submitted a graphic design prototype, using a design process with the following steps: research, empathy, ideation, design, feedback, re-design. In addition they reviewed hundreds of existing immunization records from around the world.

Work done by the students in Professor of Art Sherri McElroy’s Graphic Design IV class is among the top 40 semifinalist entries in the Records for Life contest sponsored by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The students involved were seniors Rebeccah Erickson, Robert Frank III, William Frank, Audrey Ito and Tara Simpson.

Paul Marsiglia ’02

Paul Marsiglia was recently praised by Penny Bailey ’50 for his great work as a Pain Specialist. “He always has time for his patients and really seems to ‘know his business'”. Congratulations to Paul for such high praise, and it’s great to see Titans unite!
