Nick Brazis ’02 has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pentair, Inc. Pentair is an S&P 500 company listed under the ticker PNR.
He has spent the last ten years in corporate finance leadership roles and leading corporate divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions. Immediately prior to becoming CFO, Nick was Senior Vice President for Pentair leading FP&A, tax, operations, investor relations, accounting, corporate development, treasury, risk management & insurance, and continues to serve as the corporate treasurer and managing director of the Pentair Luxembourg and Swiss entities.
