Virginia Langellier ’45 passed away on April 4, 2020. She was born on November 17, 1924 in Kankakee, Illinois. She is survived by her sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings. She was a member of the Women’s Business Association, Retired Teachers Association, Daughters of the American Revolution, The First United Methodist Church, and the Delta Kappa Gamma Teachers Society. Clara (Orstedt) McCannon ’57 passed away on December 11, 2019 in Boise, Idaho. She was born on February 21, 1936 in Somonauk, Illinois. She graduated from Illinois Wesleyan with a BS in Biology, and afterwords had a long career in Southeast Asia with her husband David. He served in the Marines during World War II, and had a very strong career in the insurance field.
