I regret to inform you of the unfortunate passing of Cecilia Nettleton on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Memorial services for Mrs. Nettleton will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, September 20, 2019 at Park Point Village Community Room, 3025 Chesbrough Boulevard Rock Hill, SC 29732. Visitation with family and friends will follow the service.
