Amanda King ’15 and Donald DeSalvo ’15 – The Next Step

Two students discussed the next steps they are going to take towards their future careers.  For the next two years, Amanda King an Environmental Studies major will be serving in the Peace Corp in West Africa.

Donald DeSalvo a History/ Secondary Education major will be working as a secondary mathematics teacher at a charter school called American Preparatory Academy at their new campus in Las Vegas, Nevada beginning this fall.  He is currently spending one month training at one of APA’s campuses in Utah, getting the opportunity to observe classes, do some teaching, and substitute teach before he moves to Las Vegas at the beginning of June.
