Julie Gernand (contributor to “The Identity Project” blog) was born and raised in suburban Chicago. Julie was married in July 2012 to her wonderful husband, Ted. She currently teaches theatre and dance throughout Chicagoland.

I would like to announce that David Bueche and I, Samantha Kopas were married on November 2nd 2013. Our best man was another IWU alum, Kyle Sloan (Class of 2011), and Amy Orlik (Class of 2011) was one of our bridesmaids. We had several alumni with us at the ceremony and I’ve attached a photo of all of us at the reception.
