Matthew Cassady Starts New Position

Matthew Cassady started in a new position with the Minnesota Historical Society (MNHS), where he’s worked since 2008. His new position is “Program Development Specialist” within MNHS’s Historic Sites Division, which administers 26 historic sites and museums around the state. As part of a four-person team, Matthew’s new duties are to play a leadership role in the development of educational and public programs for a wide range of audiences at historic sites across the state.

IWU Women Summit

In February, Illinois Wesleyan University hosted the IWU Women Summit.

Molly M. McLay presented “What it Means to (FY)CARE” at the Council for IWU Women Summit, She Speaks, Petchakucha Powered Event on February 26, 2016 at the Hansen Student Center.

Kelly Fuller ’06, along with Linda Stone ’85, Marilynn Graves ’79, and Carole Liske ’77 presented “Real World Problem Solving” at the Council for IWU Women Summit on February 27, 2016 at State Farm Hall.

Good News for Kelly Goodpaster!

Kelly Goodpaster ’06 married Doug Fuller on Saturday, October 10, 2015.  The ceremony was held at the Koten Chapel in Naperville, IL followed by the reception at the Bloomingdale Golf Club in Bloomingdale, IL.

Kelly recently began a new role as Account Manager at Creative Group Inc. in July, 2015. She plans meetings, events and incentive travel for clients around the country.  In August, she passed the certification exam and earned her credentials as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). This is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, exhibition, and event industry. There are approximately 10,000 meeting professionals that hold this certification around the world.
