Joseph and Janet McLay of Sherman proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Molly Margaret McLay, to Michael Terrill Peterson, the son of Doug and Nancy Peterson of Champaign. Molly is a 2002 graduate of Williamsville High School and holds a BA in English writing and women’s studies from Illinois Wesleyan University. Michael is a 2004 graduate of Judah Christian School and holds a BA in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University. Both received their MSW degrees at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and practice social work in that area. The couple will be married on January 4, 2014, in Urbana.
