John Schreiner ’02 has been promoted to partner at law firm Perkins Coie. At Perkins, John is a member of the firm’s Corporate Governance & Transactions practice in the Chicago office. He counsels public and closely held established and emerging companies in their daily business needs, ranging from negotiating vendor and customer contracts to sale and succession planning matters. He also represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, lending transactions, corporate governance and other general business matters.
