Justin Ahrens ’94, a member of the Illinois Wesleyan University Class of 1994, has joined O’N Creative as their new Chief Creative Officer. After 24 years as the founder of Rule29, a strategic brand agency, Justin brings his expertise in championing the “Making Creative Matter®” philosophy to his new role. At Rule29, Justin led the agency to national and international recognition and achieved certification as a B Corporation®, combining purpose and profit to drive positive change. Now, as Chief Creative Officer at O’N Creative, Justin will focus on enhancing impact in branding by creating meaningful interactions between brands, consumers, and purpose. O’N Creative specializes in strategy, brand marketing, AI Integration, and working with impact-driven companies in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, and Non-Profit, navigating the complexities of engagement in a crowded messaging environment. In addition to his new role, Justin is also the founder and creative strategist for (Re)Genesis, a consulting firm he founded with his wife Sarah Ahrens ’96, also an IWU alum.
