Denise was inducted as a Fellow in The Academy of Leisure Sciences which recognizes outstanding scholars and service to the Academy in the field of Leisure Sciences. In addition, Denise is currently serving as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies, Faculty Success, and Well-Being in the College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences at Clemson University.
