In June, Janice Bonneville became the new director of benefits in Human Resources at Illinois State University in Normal, Ill. Previously she served eight years as the deputy director of the Bureau of Benefits at Central Management Services (CMS) for the State of Illinois. Prior to that, Janice served as the deputy general counsel for the Bureau of Benefits at CMS, attorney advisor for the North Central Regional Office for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and attorney advisor for the Federal Correctional Institution in Pekin. Janice holds a law degree from Washington University School of Law.
