Kevin Cellini ’84 recently completed a 32,000 piece jigsaw puzzle that measures 17’10″x6’4″. Kevin, a math major at IWU, has loved puzzles his whole life.

Tim Brophy ’84

Congratulations to Tim Brophy ’84, who was recently elected to a second term as Will County Treasurer. In his remarks following his oath of office on December 1st, Brophy said: “It is an honor and a privilege to serve my fellow citizens as Will County Treasurer.”

Tim Black ’84

Tim Black ’84 recently retired from the Illinois Department of Corrections where he was the Educational Facility Administrator at the East Moline Correctional Center. Before working for the state, Tim taught English, social studies and special education at schools in both Illinois and New Hampshire. In addition to his teaching, he was a reporter for the Galesburg Register Mail and Kewanee Star Courier where he won back-to-back Illinois Associated Press Awards for public service writing. Tim is a trustee emeritus at Black Hawk College, where he also worked as an adjunct instructor. He and his wife, Linda, live in Galva, Illinois. Congratulations, Tim!

Andy Kreiss ’86

The Pantagraph Holiday Spectacular brought another year of cheer to Bloomington-Normal during performances on Dec. 3-4. The production was written by Nancy Steele Brokaw ’71, directed by former faculty member Lori Adams, and featured performances by Marketing Director Andy Kreiss ’86 and Assistant Professor of Music Bob Mangialardi. Homecoming & Family Weekend 2022

In the past two years we’ve witnessed the Titan community come together in new ways to share stories, expertise, and friendship. However, we have long awaited the chance to welcome you back to campus for a true Illinois Wesleyan Homecoming!
