Linda (Gitzendanner) Hines ’68 enjoyed a visit from IWU classmate Coral (Snyder) Swanson ’68 for 2 ½ days in September. We had a wonderful time together sharing stories about our lives since graduation and reminiscing our fun IWU / AOPII memories. While Coral was here, we enjoyed visiting some local attractions including the beautiful, 100+ year old Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, the Anheuser Busch Brewery, and the Missouri Botanical Gardens (see picture).

At Homecoming, the Class of ’66 received their Reunion Booklet, highlighting their time at Illinois Wesleyan. Omitted from the In Memoriam page was Mr. David W. Divine. David was a member of Phi Gamma Delta and the wrestling team. He passed away on June 20, 1986. Thanks to his sister-in-law, Cheri Divine ’66, for the chance to correct the information.
Left to right: Bruce Borton ’69 Baritone, William Eichorn ’69 Tenor, Russell D. Seaton ’69, Lead, Z. Edmund Toliver ’70 Bass. At the piano in the picture was Jim Stahly ’62, I think. He was our liaison in the beginning. An IWU grad and former Apollo Member, I think. Our piano player (not pictured) was Byron Blair ’70. Everyone was a Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonian, except Bill Eichorn!

As befits a lit major I continue to read a lot. I also am passionate about dog rescue and training. I train therapy dogs and have two greyhounds who are certified therapy dogs. I also evaluate therapy dogs. I live in Mexico most winters and Topeka Kansas the rest of the time. I would love to hear from Wesleyan friends.
-Sharon Linton Fricke ’60
This is a photo of my greyhound Azul who is a certified therapy dog. We visit many places and are best friends.
