\"Wesleyan<\/a>O say can you seen on this dark hallowe’en,<\/p>\n

How the Thetas are stealing the cabbage and turnips,<\/p>\n

And out in the field through the perilous night,<\/p>\n

O’er the garden fence now are so gallantly climbing!<\/p>\n

And the Thetas’ wild tare, are the screams in the air,<\/p>\n

Give proof through the night that the girls are still there!<\/p>\n

Cho<\/em>. O Thetas, O Thetas, we hail with glad joy<\/p>\n

This merry hallowe’en, and welcome to the fair!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mr. Watson’s best squash, his pumkins and eggs,<\/p>\n

Against his loved home and by the door-way are flying,<\/p>\n

But the Thetas declare that they do not care,<\/p>\n

They’re having a hallowe’en jollifcation;<\/p>\n

And they stay till the gleam of the mornings first beam,<\/p>\n

Then go home with their “brothers” poor innocent boys!<\/p>\n

Cho<\/i>. O Thetas, O Thetas, we hail with glad joy<\/p>\n

This merry hallwoeen, and the welcome of the fair.<\/p>\n

We’re lucky boys as ere were seen,<\/p>\n

\u00a0 Who on this lovely hallowe’en<\/p>\n

Are met with joyous, happy mean<\/p>\n

\u00a0 At bidding of Thetas.<\/p>\n

Cho<\/em>. “The Theta girls of the mystic grip”<\/p>\n

\u00a0 No opportunity ever skip<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 To give the boys a pleasure trip<\/p>\n

\u00a0 The Thetas, they are charming.<\/p>\n

They love the boys, we know its true,<\/p>\n

\u00a0 They show it in whate’er they do,<\/p>\n

They manage well to catch them, too,<\/p>\n

\u00a0 These Thetas, they are chaming.\u00a0Cho<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We gladly sing the Theta’s praise,<\/p>\n

\u00a0 Their winsome smiles and witching ways;<\/p>\n

We’ll put a head on the man who says<\/p>\n
