The Ames Library has resources to help IWU students, staff, and faculty stay informed and entertained this summer:

New York Times Audio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the library\u2019s digital subscription to\u00a0The New York Times<\/em>, you also have access to\u00a0New York Times Audio<\/a>, a new app that NYT describes as the \u201caudio front page.\u201d Before using the app, be sure you have created an NYT account via The Ames Library by visiting\u00a0this link<\/a>\u00a0and signing up with your @iwu.edu<\/a>\u00a0email address (find more registration details\u00a0here<\/a>). You can then download and log into the NYT Audio app as well as NYT News app.

The Economist app:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IWU students, staff, and faculty have access to\u00a0The Economist<\/em>\u00a0via The Ames Library, and that includes\u00a0The Economist app<\/a>. To use the app, make sure you have signed up for an account on\u00a0economist.com<\/a>\u00a0using your @iwu.edu<\/a>\u00a0email address, then download the app from your preferred app store. Login to the app with your @iwu.edu<\/a>\u00a0email address and the password you created for\u00a0The Economist<\/em>.

Popular Reading Collection:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are over 300 print books in The Ames Library\u2019s\u00a0Popular Reading Collection<\/a>–a great place to find a\u00a0good summer read! The collection is located on the first floor of the library, and thanks to a new feature in MegaSearch, you can also browse the collection online. Visit the\u00a0Collections Discovery page<\/a>\u00a0to see what is available, then stop by the library to check it out. Be sure to browse the fantastic titles found in the\u00a0Diverse Book Awards<\/a>\u00a0collections and\u00a0Minor Myers, jr.
