Try establishing a wind-down routine, avoiding screens right before bed, and remember to make sleep a priority.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.iwu.edu\/library\/sun-box\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Sunbox light therapy lamps<\/strong><\/a>:<strong> <\/strong>Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) affects <a href=\"https:\/\/medlineplus.gov\/genetics\/condition\/seasonal-affective-disorder\/#frequency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">millions of people<\/a>, and one way of <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.iwu.edu\/library\/feel-the-sun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coping with SAD is to use light therapy<\/a>. There are Sunbox light therapy lamps on the 3rd and 4th floors of The Ames Library\u2013try spending 20-30 minutes with a Sunbox lamp to help lift your mood.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwu.edu\/news\/2022\/titan-pantry-opens-to-fight-food-insecurity-on-campus.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Titan Pantry<\/strong><\/a>: Take what food you need from the Titan Pantry, located in the Hansen Student Center (in the lockers by the main floor restrooms). The Titan Pantry is free and anonymous.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwu.edu\/student-fitness\/StudentWellness.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Wellness resources<\/strong><\/a><strong>: <\/strong>Taking care of yourself may mean addressing your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwusports.com\/sports\/2010\/12\/20\/GEN_0812210031.aspx\">physical<\/a>, spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and\/or environmental wellness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next week, visit the Finals Toolkit for relaxing activities and stress-busters!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re filling your Finals Toolkit with tips and resources to help you cross the fall semester finish line strong.
