But so is George Orwell&#8217;s <em>Animal House<\/em>, F. Scott Fitzgerald&#8217;s <em>The Great Gatsby<\/em>, Joseph Heller&#8217;s <em>Catch-22<\/em>, John Steinbeck&#8217;s <em>Of Mice and Men<\/em>, William Golding&#8217;s <em>Lord of the Flies<\/em>, Alice Walker&#8217;s <em>The Color Purple<\/em>, and J.D.
