Nadeau para probar platos del s. XVII. Igual el plato m\u00e1s interesante de la noche fue el del venado. Al final, este plato sali\u00f3 como un estofado con la carne del ciervo y algunos garbanzo, albaricoque y nueces. \u00a1La salsa fue riqu\u00edsima! y todo se sirvi\u00f3 encima de lonchas del pan candeal. Pasamos la noche charlando de la universidad y temas actuales sobre la educaci\u00f3n entre otras cosas.
