I will be participating in an internship with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irri.org\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.irri.org\/\">International Rice Research Institute<\/a> in the Philippines where I will be working in the Genetic Design and Validation Unit under the supervision of Dr. Mallikarjuna Swamy. At this moment it is T-minus 9 days until my departure day to the Philippines and all is set and ready for my first trip to Asia! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this blog, I hope to provide regular insights and tips-and-tricks to study abroad as well as fun updates on what I have been up to during my summer abroad.
