Executive Summary: At State Farm, I worked in Enterprise Compliance and Ethics. I created self audits, a heat map to compare inherent risk level and control effectiveness between 2014 and 2015, and data analysis of ISRR and CRCA time logs for EOM. In the community, I worked at the West Bloomington Revitalization Project, spending most of my time working for the Tool Library. I created a database of grants to help the WBRP better track which streams of grant money had been spent. I created and analyzed a survey for West Side residents to help guide future WBRP programming. I also created a Tool Library Training Manual and a direct appeal letter template. I also staffed the Tool Library and helped residents check out tools.
