Newly created scholarships are also announced, which this year included the Joni Williams &#8217;82 Annual Scholarship. Williams (center) is pictured with her student recipients: Ryan Fisher &#8217;17, a theatre arts major from Riverton, Ill., and Megan O&#8217;Donnell &#8217;17, a financial services major from Bloomington.
