The students involved were seniors Rebeccah Erickson, Robert Frank III, William Frank, Audrey Ito and Tara Simpson.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">The students submitted the prototype, using a design process with the following steps: research, empathy, ideation, design, feedback, re-design. In addition to reviewing hundreds of existing immunization records from around the world, they heard from community experts about their experience in third world healthcare and immunization \u2013 Drake Zimmerman, Munib S. Abdulrehman &#8217;02, and Trish Cleary.
