The\u00a0antique structure had long been used\u00a0by a theater troupe and was\u00a0well-known in the community.\u00a0After it sustained catastrophic damaged,\u00a0locals and enthusiasts have been campaigning to rebuild the site.<\/p>\n
The initiative is estimated to cost $100,000, which will provide updated facilities and accommodate nearly 40% more capacity.\u00a0Materials from the original\u00a0site will be integrated into the design\u00a0as a\u00a0nod to its rich\u00a0history.\u00a0The building, aptly named The Barn III, will expand its use to include\u00a0community events and weddings.<\/p>\n
