Meg Galus ’00 was recently named the Chicago Tribune Pastry Chef of the Year and nominated for the James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef Award for her work as the pastry chef at three restaurants in Chicago – BOKA, Swift & Sons, and Momotaro.
