Meg McDonald ’82 retired in 2018 after 34 years at Northwestern University to join her Australian husband and family in relocating to Sydney. While at Northwestern, she served as AVP for Research and finally, Senior Director of the Buffett Institute for Global Studies. Since moving to Australia, she has been a very active volunteer with Sydney Wildlife Rescue and the Animal Rescue Cooperative, both of which rescue and rehabilitate native animals.

Marcia (Keown) Padden ’83 recently retired after twenty years of being a Labor Relations Program Manager for Metropolitan Council/Metro Transit! Marcia is looking forward to all the “normal” retiree activities – like no alarm clock! Congratulations Marcia!

Warren Kistner ’83 was presented the Max L. Starkey Award by President S. Georgia Nugent on August 22, 2022. Warren has provided guidance and encouragement for Titans as they explore internships, career opportunities and pathways to graduate school. Read the full article here.

Kevin Cellini ’84 recently completed a 32,000 piece jigsaw puzzle that measures 17’10″x6’4″. Kevin, a math major at IWU, has loved puzzles his whole life.

The Pantagraph Holiday Spectacular brought another year of cheer to Bloomington-Normal during performances on Dec. 3-4. The production was written by Nancy Steele Brokaw ’71, directed by former faculty member Lori Adams, and featured performances by Marketing Director Andy Kreiss ’86 and Assistant Professor of Music Bob Mangialardi. Mike & Keri Wall again opened their home to host fellow IWU alums Gary Judson, John Dalton, Tim Brophy and Todd Vohland (IWU ’80-81) for a weekend of golf and fellowship.
