Michael has accepted a new position at the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre–He’s now the Executive Artistic Director.  He is in charge now of all of the running and functioning of the non-profit theatre’s organization.  They continue to have a 4-show season, hire 50 employees annually, and provide outstanding theatre high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.  For the first time in his career, he’s no longer working at a school–he’s no longer on an academic schedule.  He has retired from his teaching career, working full-time now for the theatre.  It is an awesome change in his professional life.
