Richard stars in the crime comedy-drama <em>Kajillionaire\u00a0<\/em>and comedy\u00a0<em>The Last Shift,<\/em> both of which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020. Richard will also star in\u00a0<em>The Humans,<\/em> a comedy currently in post-production. He was filming\u00a0<em>Nightmare Alley\u00a0<\/em>this spring when production was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
