Rogera Mefford passed away on October 3, 2015. Rogera earned a Bachelor’s Degree in 1960 and a Master’s in Music in 1962 from IWU. She taught music and reading at Venice Elementary School for 30 years. She is survived by a daughter, Winona (Mefford) Patterson and two grandchildren, Megan and Alexander Patterson.
