Congratulations Dick Jenkins! Jenkins is nominated for an Emmy for lead actor in a limited series for his role in HBO’s Olive Kitteridge. Dick once again is being recognized for his talent as an actor. I don’t know about other IWU grads, but I never miss an opportunity to watch Dick perform! 1. Congratulations to Dick Jenkins, again. Truly a representative of IWU’s excellence in theatre educattion. Will always cherish the remembrances of working with Dick in shows at McPherson Theatre. Ahh, those were the days.

  2. Bravo, Dick! So glad for your continued recognition – you bring honesty and heart to every role you take on. Not to mention, you’re still a very funny guy! I recall dress rehearsal for Larry Shue’s senior project when you appeared with my coat on backwards, insisting it fit so much better. Glad you kept that sense of humor. We were all shaped by what we learned and experienced together at McPherson – making and appreciating great theatre. That was our “Golden Era”, these are our “Golden Years”, and Dick – you have always been “Golden”.
