He was a member of Phi Kappa, Sigma XI, American Chemical Society, American Society of Biological Chemistry, and was listed in Marquis&#8217; Who&#8217;s Who in American and Who&#8217;s Who in Science and Engineering. He is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
