We will be taking my.iwu and university e-mail off-line for maintenance on Thursday, 12/27, from 9am to 5pm. There will be no access to either the my.iwu portal or University e-mail during this maintenance period. Campus e-mail received while we are doing this maintenance will be held for delivery after we have completed this work.

Shortly before noon today, the University’s telephone system failed. Verizon came on-site and restored service by 2:45pm. All university telephones should now be working.

This morning there was a brief network outage in Holmes hall. Rebooting the network switch in Holmes restored network services. Responding to the problem, diagnosing the error, and rebooting the switch took about 30 minutes.
