MyIWU Course File Access Problem

A small upgrade that was applied to the MyIWU system last Friday morning caused an unforeseen error with access to course files that were created with spaces in the file name.

A patch to correct the problem is due from Sungard very soon.  The problem should be corrected by Friday morning – 9/25/2009.

The files can be renamed without spaces to correct the problem prior to Friday’s permanent resolution to the problem.
